55-minute initial therapy appointment

For booking therapy when we have an ongoing therapy relationship already established. You’ll be billed for the session through Therapy Notes or Thrizer, and this session can be submitted to insurance. 

Ongoing Therapy Appointment: 45-55 minutes telehealth

During this 20-minute session, we’ll talk about your goals, I’ll share what therapy with me is like, and we’ll review the logistics of working together.
